A flat $20 deposit holds your slot. Free reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours ahead — your $20 deposit moves with you or is refunded in full. Inside 24 hours, $10 is kept from the deposit.
How the $20 deposit works: reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours ahead and it moves to your new date or is refunded in full. Inside 24 hours (or a no-show) we keep $10 of it as the late fee and refund the rest. If we ever cancel or can't make it, you get the full deposit back.
