No card is charged online. Your deposit is collected when we confirm your appointment — Cash, Zelle, Card on arrival — and it comes off your final bill.

A $20 deposit holds your appointment slot — the rest is due when the work is done.
Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment using your reference ID.
Last-minute cancellations (inside 24 hours) or no-shows are charged a $10 fee, taken out of the deposit.
Deposits are applied to your final bill, transfer to your new time if you reschedule in time, and are refunded in full if you cancel in time.

How the $20 deposit works: reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours ahead and it moves to your new date or is refunded in full. Inside 24 hours (or a no-show) we keep $10 of it as the late fee and refund the rest. If we ever cancel or can't make it, you get the full deposit back.
